CODE OF BUSINESS ETHICS
Corporate -
PF shall promote the rights and interests of our clients by supplying
products and services of the best quality, strictly protect clients’
privacy and fulfill our promises to them.
- We shall respect the
individual personality of our employees to establish a corporate
culture based on mutual trust and understanding and do our best to
prevent intimidation or any form of abuse within the work place.

We shall strive to raise employees’ awareness of ethics and give
systematic, long-term support to the development of our human resources.
- We shall positively provide our clients with technical support and management guidance for mutual development.

We shall do business with clients on an equal basis and shall not abuse
our advantageous position to make improper financial gains.

Directors -
Will act with honesty and integrity, avoiding actual or apparent
conflicts of interest between personal and professional relationships.

disclosure in reports and documents that PF files with, or submits to,
the authorities and in other public communications made by PF.

Will act in good faith, responsibly, with due care and diligence, and
without misrepresenting or omitting material facts and without seeking
improperly to influence or hinder PF’s independent auditors in the
performance of their engagement.
- Will comply with the laws of federal, state and local governments applicable to PF.
- Will promote ethical behavior in the work environment.
- Will promote responsible use of and control over all assets and resources of PF.
