RENTALS-TECHNICAL PRODUCTION & EVENT MANAGEMENT

PF offers one of the largest, best-equipped over-the-counter rental inventories in Nigeria available to production professionals, organizations and the general public. We rent professional audio, lighting, stage/trussing, video, multimedia and special effects equipment to corporations and businesses; touring and local musical groups, bands, choirs and orchestras; churches; nightclubs and restaurants; theatres and theatrical productions; schools and colleges; civic, private and governmental organizations; DJ’s; production professionals; radio and television stations, networks and producers; festivals, fairs and special events; party and wedding productions; and professional production companies – at competitive prices.

Our knowledgeable, courteous rental and technical staff are available to assist with all your rental needs. We can help with consultation on the best equipment package to suit your performance requirements and budget, careful instruction in the handling, use and operation of the rental equipment. If we don’t have the equipment you need available, we can help find it for you. And unlike other companies with limited service, our rental department can help with substitute equipment while you await repairs in our repair department or delivery or installation of your equipment purchase.

We have qualified Entertainment Technology (ET) professionals who will give full-service production support for your event with complete state-of-the-art equipment packages, system consultation & design, delivery and pickup, installation, operation and strike services. CONSULTING & CONTRACTING

Having worked on several projects since 1993, we have acquired the necessary expertise and experience to serve as Entertainment or Worship Technology Consultants for your building or church renovation projects. PF will work closely with other consultants (architects, structural/mechanical/civil engineers) to ensure that the facilities you get completely match your expectations for audio, video, lighting and multimedia. However, our long-standing policy is to give a total waiver of Consultancy Fees to Houses of Worship. Our professionals will work you through the project phases of System Analysis, System Design, System Implementation and finally Installation & Commissioning.

We have built a network of manufacturers for audio, video, lighting, staging and multimedia equipment and all of them have shown their confidence in our ability to deliver by appointing us DEALERS for their range of products. POS (Post-Order Support)
This is a special service for Houses of Worship. Once equipment is ordered from us, we spend the time during which the order is placed, shipped, delivered, installed and commissioned to provide the house of worship with a system of similar specification for use once a week. The POS equipment is transported to and from client’s site, and operated by PF staff week-in week-out. All our POS clients are expected to take advantage of this waiting period, which could be up to 12 weeks or more, to attach their own personnel to PF for on-site/hands-on training.

PIS (Post-Installation Support)
After commissioning, the client enjoys a 12-month comprehensive warranty plus a periodic post-installation support. We ensure that the system operates at an optimum level throughout the warranty period. Subsequently, the client can either opt for a pre-paid one-year comprehensive warranty renewal or an ad-hoc consultancy (pay-as-you-go) service. Whichever option is chosen, the client enjoys two preventive maintenance visits a year plus a full audit report.

REPAIR & MAINTENANCE

We accept all ET equipment for repair after payment of the relevant diagnostic fee. Periodic maintenance can also be carried out on-site if the client so desires.

TRAINING & FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Since inception, PF has been involved with helping our clients (especially houses of worship) with their manpower development. We put up on-site training seminars to suit the client’s specific needs and requirements. And we try to encourage clients to establish a network among themselves so that the cost of training can be shared. Request for more details through the template.

We also help clients to recruit qualified personnel as well as provide facility management for a limited period of time, when necessary.
